Advertising placement begins automatically after successful payment. You are purchasing digital advertising space on OneScreen's board for the current 7-day season, not a physical good and not a payout to a third-party seller.

If an advertisement cannot be published due to a technical issue caused by OneScreen, customers may contact us on X for resolution or a refund.

Advertisements removed because they violate the Advertising Policy may not be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law and Dodo Payments' buyer and refund policies.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for card charges and manages refunds and disputes on those transactions. OneScreen will cooperate with that process.
