These terms govern access to and use of OneScreen, a digital advertising board, including the public mosaic, checkout, and related features. By using the Service or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Advertising Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
The Service is operated by Rudra Satani, AI Engineer ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is provided from https://www.onescreen.lol.
OneScreen sells digital advertising placement on onescreen.lol for the current 7-day season. You are buying space on OneScreen's own board. OneScreen does not collect funds on behalf of advertisers, operate a multi-vendor marketplace, or transfer payments between users.
After successful payment, placement begins automatically. Tile size is proportional to advertising spend in that season. Minimum spend is $2 USD. Same website host stacks onto one tile. Seasons last 7 days, then the board freezes and a new season starts.
Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. OneScreen does not store card numbers. Email used for the purchase is collected at Dodo checkout.
Listings must comply with the Advertising Policy. OneScreen may reject, disable, or remove advertisements that violate that policy or applicable law. Repeat violations may result in future purchases being blocked.
You do not create a OneScreen login. Pasting a URL and paying is the purchase flow.
The board is provided as-is. Click-through to an advertiser's website is the advertiser's responsibility. OneScreen is not a party to any transaction between a visitor and an advertised business.
